An 8-rib Fully Frenched Lamb Rack paired with West Australian Asparagus and our Mushroom Duxelle and then wrapped in Careme puff pastry.

Cooking Instructions

Remove all glad wrap, paper or cardboard tray from the product. Then place on an oiled baking tray.

Then brush with a beaten egg yolk and bake in the oven at 175°C, for 45 to 60 minutes (to create medium to well-done, your choice). 

Allow to rest for 20 minutes before carving.
