Freshly cook your own ham. Bake or simmer, tasty cured WA Free Range full pork leg. Because sometimes we want to know that we can do it ourselves.
Serves 20 to 24+ persons
minimum net weight 8kg
WA Free Range Pork, Salt, Sugar, Mineral Salt(451,452,500), Antioxidant(318), Sodium Nitrate(250).
Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. Weber Legs may be simmered or roasted for approx. 6 ½ hours.
Vince Garreffa prefers to bake in a pre-heated oven at 160°C. Cook to an internal temperature of 68°C (measured with a meat thermometer). Allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes before carving.
If you choose to simmer, then be careful not to boil! If you begin to boil, turn down the heat to return to a simmer. Boiled Weber makes soup, Simmered Weber makes ham.
