A superb Margaret River Wagyu Shank that has been marinated in Extra Virgin Olive Oil and our Mondo Spice Mix.

Margaret River Wagyu Beef, Extra Virgin Olive Oil,
Mondo Spice Mix (Organic Lake Salt, Black Pepper, Paprika, Rosemary, Thyme, Basil, Marjoram, Oregano, Sage).


Cooking Instructions

Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product.  

Stand the Shank in a Roasting Pan in the oven. Pour 1 cup of any stock around it and roast on low heat at 130⁰C, to an internal temperature of 90°C (measured with a meat thermometer) until extremely tender (6 to 8 hours).

If you wish to be fancy, do not be shy to put 2 or 3 long stem roses in the bone when you serve as a show stopper.
