We have butterflied open a Free Range turkey for fast oven roasting (1.5 hours) or slow grilling on your BBQ or Webber and coated it in our Maple Bourbon Glaze.

Serves 6 to 8 persons

Free Range Turkey, Maple Syrup, Bourban, Cider Vinegar (Water, Vinegar Brewed From Apple Cider), Orange Juice & Zest, Dark Brown Sugar, Mustard Powder, Tamari. 



Cooking Instructions

Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product.  

Cook the roast in the oven at 180°C, for approx. 1 ½ to 2 hours, to an internal temperature of 65°C (measured with a meat thermometer). Allow to rest for 30 minutes in alfoil before carving.

Alternatively you can use the Weber or a Covered BBQ. 

Cooking time approx. 1 ½ - 2 hrs
