A White Rocks Veal Round tied and infused with truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle honey and marinated with olive oil and our Mondo spice mix.

Serves 6 to 8 persons (minimum net weight 1.8kg)


White Rocks Veal truffle oil, truffle salt, truffle honey, olive oil, organic lake salt, pepper, garlic, paprika, rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano and sage. GLUTEN FREE

Cooking Instructions

Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product.  Rub the stocking net covering on the product with olive oil.  Surround meat with chopped celery, carrots, onions and some white wine.  Bake in a preheated oven at 180ÂșC creating a Dutch oven by covering the tray tightly with alfoil approx. 2 hours.  Allow to rest for 20 minutes in alfoil before carving. Puree cooked vegetables and juices to use as a hot sauce over sliced meat.  Note: stocking net and string not edible.
