A White Rocks Veal Loin with Duck Stuffing marinated in olive oil and our Mondo spice mix.  (This product comes frozen due to the stuffing having poultry in it).  Please allow 24 to 48 hours to defrost in your fridge. 

Serves 8 to 10 persons (minimum net weight 2kg).


White Rocks Veal, Free Range Duck, ricotta, leeks, glazed cherries (pitted cherries, sugar cane, glucose syrup, citric acid, flavours, colour E 129 (red), hoisin – gluten free, onion, honey, garlic, salt, nutmeg, EV olive oil, Mondo spice mix (Organic Lake salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano, sage). CONTAINS: Honey, milk products.  GLUTEN FREE

Cooking Instructions

Remove from plastic and then rub olive oil onto the netting.  Do not remove the netting.  Bake in a preheated oven at 150°C for approx. 2 hours.  Cook to an internal temperature of 65°C and then rest for 20 minutes covered with alfoil. Serve hot or cold.
