A boneless shoulder of White Rocks veal cured & cooked with honey & rosemary.  Easy to carve and a fantastic alternative to traditional pork ham.  Slice and eat cold or reheat in the weber or oven and glaze like a normal ham.  Simply Scrumptious!

Serves 12 to 20+ persons (minimum net weight 3.5kg)


White Rocks Veal, honey, rosemary, organic lake salt, sugar, mineral salt(451,451,500), antioxidant(318). sodium nitrate(250).  Contains: Preservatives. GLUTEN FREE

Cooking Instructions

Remove the cryovac plastic bag/s.  Cover the ham with a clean tea-towel or light calico bag that has been dipped into a solution of approximately 2 cups of water with 2 tablespoons of vinegar.
