Our famous beef tenderloin pan sealed & smothered with our Mushroom Duxelle, rolled in prosciutto and wrapped in decorated Careme puff pastry. Ready for the oven, takes between 45 & 75 minutes to cook.

Serves 6 to 10+ persons (minimum net weight 2 kg).


West Australian Beef tenderloin sourced from the banks of the Moore River, prosciutto, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, mushrooms, asparagus, shallots, parsley, cream, butter, salt, pepper, Careme Pastry (wheat flour, butter, water, salt, vinegar).  CONTAINS: Gluten, Milk Products. 

Cooking Instructions

Rest at room temperature for 1 hour, then brush pastry with a beaten egg yolk. Bake in a preheated oven at 200ºC for 30 minutes then a further 15 to 30 minutes at 150ºC until the pastry is golden brown. Rest for 20 minutes before carving.
