Freshly cook your own ham. Bake or simmer, tasty cured WA Free Range full pork leg. Because sometimes we want to know that we can do it ourselves. 

Serves 20 to 24+ persons (minimum net weight 8kg).


WA Free Range Pork, salt, sugar, mineral salt(451,452,500), antioxidant(318), sodium nitrate(250).  Contains: Preservatives.  GLUTEN FREE.

Cooking Instructions

Legs may be simmered or roasted approx. 6.5 hours for the Bone In 8kg Weber. Vince Garreffa prefers roasted at 160°C. If you have a thermometer, cook to an internal temperature of 68°C. If you boil turn dial down to a simmer. Boiled Weber ham makes soup. Simmered Weber ham makes ham.
