Venison shoulder chunks slow cooked to deliciousness.  This comes cold in a keepsake stainless steel tray so that you just pop it into your oven to reheat.  Serve it hot as it is or reheat with mash, pasta, rice or cous cous.  Reheat for 1 hour at 180c.

Stainless Steel Tray of Venison Braise serves 6 to 10 persons 


Ingredients: Venison Shoulder, onion, carrot, celery, parsley, white wine, sultanas, pine nuts, butter, beef stock, diced tomato, cocoa powder, EV olive oil, organic lake salt and black pepper.  CONTAINS: Nuts, Milk Products.  GLUTEN FREE

Cooking Instructions

Reheat in a preheated oven at 180°C for 1 hour.
