A turkey breast on the bone, no wasteful legs marinated in olive oil and our Mondo spice mix.  (This product comes frozen due to it being poultry).  Please allow 24 to 48 hours to defrost in your fridge.

Serves 15 to 25+ persons (minimum net weight 5 kg).


Turkey, olive oil, organic lake salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, dry rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano and sage.  GLUTEN FREE.

Cooking Instructions

For cooking remove all plastic, rub with olive oil and your favourite herbs and spices, then stuff the breast cavity with your favourite stuffing if you wish. Place in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC with 1cm of water in the tray on a rack if possible (breast down, stuffing up). Cook 2 hours breast down and then a further 30 minutes breast up. Cook the turkey to an internal temperature of 65°C (at the thickest part of the turkey). For the serious chef baste 3 times in the last 30 minutes of cooking with a mixture of honey, pineapple juice and dark brown sugar. Rest covered with alfoil for at least 15 minutes before carving.
