A boneless free range chicken stuffed with dried apricots is placed into a boneless free range duck which is then placed into a large boneless free range turkey, spare gaps are filled with turkey meat and our veal & rice stuffing marinated in olive oil and our Mondo spice mix with the wings & drumsticks left bone-in. (This product comes frozen due to it being poultry). Please allow 24 to 48 hours to defrost in your fridge.

Free range turkey, free range duck, free range chicken, white rocks veal, dried apricots, rice, parsley, onion, carrot, celery, olive oil, organic lake salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano and sage. CONTAINS: Dried Apricots (Preservative 220) GLUTEN FREE
Remove all plastic and paper from the outside of the product. Cook at 175ºC in a preheated oven on a rack in a tray . Cook for approx. 3 hours. Cook the turkey to an internal temperature of 65°C (at the thickest part of the turkey). In the last 60 minutes of cooking baste often with oil or the poultry’s own juices. For the serious chef baste 3 times in the last 30 minutes of cooking with a mixture of honey, pineapple juice and dark brown sugar. Rest covered with alfoil for at least 20 minutes before carving starting at the drumstick end.
