This is it! The ultimate poultry presentation. A boneless quail is filled with glazed cherries then placed into a boneless spatchcock & into a boneless free range chicken. This is then placed into a boneless free range duck & into a boneless free range turkey with the wings & drumsticks left bone-in. It presents like a magnificent turkey. What a crowd pleaser! All spare gaps in the poultry are filled with our White Rocks Veal & Rice stuffing marinated in olive oil and our Mondo spice mix marinated in olive oil and our Mondo spice mix. (This product comes frozen due to it being poultry). Please allow 24 to 48 hours to defrost in your fridge. 

Serves from 6 to 25+ persons (minimum net weight 8 kg).


Free Range Turkey, duck, chicken, spatchcock, quail, glazed cherries(sugar, glucose syrup, citric acid, flavours, colour E129(red)), white rocks veal, rice, parsley, onion, carrot, celery, olive oil, organic lake salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, dry rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano and sage.  CONTAINS: Nuts, Milk Products. GLUTEN FREE.

Cooking Instructions

Defrost this product in the fridge over 2 or 3 days for safest results. Remove all plastic and paper from the outside of the product. Now rest on a rack in a tray with a little water underneath the rack. Roast at 175°C for approximately 4 hours or more until the internal temperature (use a thermometer) at the centre is minimum 65°C.Then rest covered in alfoil for 30 minutes before carving. If you like you can glaze the turkey quintet with a mix of orange juice, honey and brown sugar every 10 minutes during the last 30 minutes for a fabulous finish. Carve starting at the drumstick end. Please note the quail in the centre is bone in and should be eaten carefully.  Note: String not edible.
