A Boneless Black Hog Berkshire Free Range Pork leg stuffed with our pork, apple & sultana stuffing, marinated in olive oil and our Mondo Spice mix. Perfect for the Oven, spit or outdoor barbecue oven. 

Serves 8 to 10 persons (minimum net weight 2.5kg).


Black Hog Berkshire Free Range Pork, apple, onion, butter, sultanas, glazed cherries, salt, pepper.  CONTAINS: Milk Products.  GLUTEN FREE.

Cooking Instructions

Pork legs boned, rolled & stuffed (2.5kg) take about 2½ hours at 175°C. It’s ready when the internal temperature is 65°C to 75°C. Start checking the internal temperature after 2 hours every 20 minutes.
