A boneless WA Suffolk lamb shoulder rolled with our Moroccan Stuffing marinated in olive oil and our Mondo spice mix. This roast also comes with a container of our Moroccan Marinade to pour on the slices when serving.

Serves 8 to 10 people. Minimum net weight before cooking was 2.5kg the final cooked product will shrink from this weight and your roast is supplied cold.


WA Suffolk Lamb, brown rice, carrot, peas, sultanas, almonds, onion, canola oil, olive oil, organic lake salt, pepper, paprika, rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano and sage.  GLUTEN FREE.

Moroccan Marinade: Lemon juice, olive oil, ginger, coriander, garlic, cumin, turmeric, cayenne pepper.  GLUTEN FREE.

Cooking Instructions

Reheating this product as a whole piece means you should consume the whole lot within 24 hours. For the best results slice and heat up only what you need leaving the rest in the fridge wrapped in cloth (just like you would with a ham). Don’t use plastic or alfoil on cooked meats in the fridge. For fast reheating moisten slices with any meat stock or your favourite sauce then microwave (if you can’t help yourself) or cover a tray of slices with alfoil and reheat in your oven at 200ºC for approx. 20 - 30 minutes.
