A boneless double lamb loin is rolled with lamb tenderloins and our Mushroom Duxelle marinated in olive oil and our Mondo spice mix. Has been roasted by our chefs to perfection for you. Reheat or serve cold.

Serves 8 to 10 persons (minimum net weight 2.5kg).


WA Suffolk Lamb, mushrooms, shallots, garlic, mushrooms, asparagus, shallots, parsley, cream, butter, salt, pepper, olive oil, Mondo spice mix (Organic Lake salt, black pepper, garlic, paprika, rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano, sage).  CONTAINS: Milk Products. . GLUTEN FREE.

Cooking Instructions

Remove all plastic covering and bake at 180°C for approximately 1½ – 2  hours, until centre internal temperature is between 60°C – 65°C.   Allow to rest for 20 minutes in alfoil before carving.
