An English favourite ready to cook yourself. A boneless WA Free Range pork leg, rolled, cured and smoked ready to bake or simmer yourself fresh on the day.
Serves 10 to 16+ persons (minimum net weight 4kg)
WA Free Range Pork, salt, sugar, mineral salt(451,452,500), antioxidant(318), sodium nitrate(250) smoked with Beech Wood Chips. Contains: Preservatives. GLUTEN FREE.
Legs may be simmered or roasted approx. 4 hours for the Boneless 4kg Gammon. Vince Garreffa prefers roasted at 160°C. If you have a thermometer, cook to an internal temperature of 68°C. If you boil turn dial down to a simmer. Boiled gammon makes soup. Simmered Gammon makes ham.
