An English favourite ready to cook yourself. A bone in full WA Free Range pork leg, cured and smoked ready to bake or simmer yourself fresh on the day. 

Serves 20 to 24+ persons (minimum net weight 8kg).


WA Free Range Pork, salt, sugar, mineral salt(451,452,500), antioxidant(318), sodium nitrate(250) smoked with Beech Wood Chips. Contains: Preservatives.  GLUTEN FREE.

Cooking Instructions

Legs may be simmered or roasted approx. 6.5 hours for the Bone In 8kg Gammon. Vince Garreffa prefers roasted at 160°C. If you have a thermometer, cook to an internal temperature of 68°C. If you boil turn dial down to a simmer. Boiled gammon makes soup. Simmered Gammon makes ham.
