A Bindoon Venison Shoulder rolled with our venison stuffing, marinated in olive oil and our venison dry rub.

Serves 6 to 8 persons (minimum net weight 2.5kg)


Bindoon Venison, onion, almondmeal, olive oil, butter, red wine, carrot, carlic, redcurrent jelly, cinnamon, juniper berries, orange zest, salt, cracked black pepper, rosemary, coriander seeds, bay leaves, garlic. CONTAINS: Nuts, Milk Products, Red Wine contains (milk products, sulphites). GLUTEN FREE.

Cooking Instructions

Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. Simmer in a pot with carrot, celery, onion, red wine, beef stock, bay leaves, juniper berries, salt and pepper to taste.  Cook for 4 hours with the lid on at a low simmer.  The juices become the sauce to serve it with.
