A boneless free range duck is rolled with our Cherry Stuffing and duck breasts.  Marinated in olive oil and five spice, salt & pepper.

Serves 8 to 10 persons (minium net weight 2.25kg)


Free Range Duck, onion, celery, carrot, butter, marsala wine, walnuts, glace cherries (pitted cherries)\, sugar cane, glucose syrup, citric acid, flavours, colour E127(red), sulphur dioxide), five spice, salt, pepper.  CONTAINS: Nuts, Milk Products.  GLUTEN FREE

Cooking Instructions

Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. Rub the stocking net covering on the product with olive oil. After 1 hour at room temperature, bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approx. 2 hours using a rack in the tray if possible. Cook the roast to an internal temperature of 65°C. Allow to rest for 20 minutes in alfoil before carving. Stocking net peels off very easily. Use sharp knife or scissors.  Note: Stocking net and string not edible
