A Dandaragan Certified Organic Beef Rump aged for a minimum of 28 days trimmed and tied. All our organic roasts are left plain so that you can spice them with your own herbs and spices.

Your roast should have come with a sachet of organic salt and natural herbs to use for seasoning. Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. We recommend that all spiced and salted roasts are stored at room temperature for approximately 1 to 2 hours prior to cooking. Season and bake in a preheated oven at 180ºC for approximately 1.5 to 2 hours basting often, using a rack in the tray if possible. Cook to an internal temperature of 58ºC. Allow to rest for 20 minutes in alfoil before carving.
