Cooking Instructions

Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. We recommend that all spiced and salted roasts are stored at room temperature for 1 to 2 hours prior to cooking. Cook the roast in the oven at 180°C for 1 to1.5 hours or to an internal temperature of 58°C. Allow to rest for 20 minutes in alfoil before carving.
