A melt in the mouth scotch fillet, with our veal & olive stuffing, marinated in olive oil and our Mondo spice mix.

Serves 10 to 20 persons (minimum net weight 3 kg).


West Australian Baby Beef scotch fillet sourced from the banks of the Moore River, Rangers Valley Black Angus beef, olives, spring onion, organic lake salt, pepper, vegetable oil, Mondo spice mix (Organic Lake salt, black pepper, paprika, rosemary, thyme, basil, marjoram, oregano, sage). GLUTEN FREE

Cooking Instructions

Remove all glad wrap, paper or cryovac bag from the product. After 1 hour at room temperature, bake in a pre-heated oven at 180ºC. Cook the roast to an internal temperature of 58°C. Allow to rest for 20 to 30 minutes in alfoil before carving. Cut strings off as you progressively carve through the product.  Note: String not edible.  Cooking time   approx 1 ½  - 2 hrs
