All the pork used to make our Specialty Pork/Ham products is sourced from 'LINLEY VALLEY Free Range' Pork that has no added Hormones and Growth Promoting Antibiotics. Use as a healthy alternative.

All weights specified are for raw weights only. Oven Roasted products WILL SHRINK from the raw weights specified and ARE SUPPLIED COLD.

All products are supplied with cooking or reheating instructions, however if the instructions are lost, they are available on this web site.
