As a wholesaler we have a full HACCP plan in place
covering the food safety aspects of our operations
and are currently having our HACCP certified through
SGS a leading external certifying body showing that
we are commited to the integrity and safety of the
products we sell.
All our deliveries are performed in modern refrigerated
vehicles with constant temperature monitoring to
ensure the integrity of the cold chain right through
from receival at our factory until delivered to
your door.

the public to buy from our factory direct in bulk.
We have created a 30sqm walk in cool room with prepacked
meats on display whole, for you to preapre at home
or, presliced for those that do not want to get
their hands dirty.
All fresh meat items are in 2kg or
larger packets. With interest rates on the way up
buy smart, buy in bulk and save.
