Promoting Antibiotics from Grain fed Lambs grown
in Karridale and Margaret River regions in the southwest
of WA.
All weights specified are for raw weights only.
Oven Roasted products WILL SHRINK from the raw weights
specified and ARE SUPPLIED COLD.
All products are supplied with cooking or reheating
instructions, however if the instructions are lost,
they are available on this web site.

Crown Rack
of Lamb
A saddle of Lamb is masterfully
crafted into a crown ready to adorn the table for
any royalty you may have coming to dinner, even
if it is the Royal Mother-in-law. Minimum 16 ribs
with our mondo Meatloaf and marinated in olive oil
and our Mondo Spice Mix.
A boneless double lamb loin is stuffed
with our Mondo Spinach, Sundried Tomato & Veal
Bacon Stuffing and marinated in olive oil and our
Mondo Spice Mix.
