Australian Wagyu & Margaret
River Wagyu Beef is exclusively produced from
Wagyu Cattle that are bred and raised in the clean
and natural rangeland environment of Australia.
All the beef is certified "Free from hormone
growth promotants" and all feed is certified
as "non-GMO".
The Wagyu cattle spend 400 days
eating almost 5,000kg of special grain formulations
before processing. Independent assessors expertly
grade marbling levels in the Wagyu beef to international
standards on the rib eye muscle of each chilled
carcase.
Rangers Valley Cattle Station is
a company dedicated to the production of high
quality grain fed beef. The Rangers Valley 32,000
head feedlot is the 4th largest in Australia and
is located on a 12,000ha property in the Northern
Tablelands of New South Wales, Australia.
Rangers Valley feedlot operations
are accredited under the National Feedlot Accreditation
Scheme which is a third party audited quality
assurance program that covers all aspects of product
integrity, care of the environment and animal
welfare.
Furthermore, Rangers Valley has
implemented a number of production standards to
ensure the meat quality and tenderness is maximised.
